Our approach

Clear scope. Clear price. Then the work.

Here's exactly how an engagement runs, from the first conversation to the point where we tell you what to do next — and where the number comes from at each step.

How we price

Fixed where the work has a shape. Scoped where it doesn't.

Websites — one fixed price

A build is knowable. We can count the pages, the copy and the work, so you get a number before anything starts — $500, $1,500 or $2,500 depending on size. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders. If the scope genuinely shifts, we tell you the cost before we do it.

Ads — a published monthly plan

Meta ads genuinely recur, so management is $1,000 to $2,000 a month depending on your spend, month to month with no contract. SEO, brand and content are the ones that really do vary by market — those we look at first, then quote the actual work.

What you won't get: the forever retainer

The standard agency model assumes you need the same amount of help every month, indefinitely. Month three is usually worth it. Month fourteen often isn't — but the invoice doesn't know that, and nobody at the agency is incentivised to mention it. When work stops earning, we'll tell you, even when that ends the engagement.

The engagement

Four phases, start to finish.

01

Understand

Week one

Before we propose anything, we need to know what a customer is worth to you, how they find you today, and where people are falling out of the process. We'll look at your site, your search visibility, your ads if you run them, and your follow-up.

  • Where your customers actually come from
  • What's leaking, ranked by cost to you
  • An honest read on whether marketing is even your bottleneck
02

Scope

Before any money moves

You get a written plan: the specific work, the order we'd do it in, what it costs, and what it should return. If it's a website, the price is already published. If it's ongoing marketing, you get one number built for your situation — and you're free to take the plan elsewhere.

  • Defined scope with a fixed number
  • Sequencing, so the highest-leverage work goes first
  • The measure of success, agreed up front
03

Build

However long the work takes

We do the work and you see it as it happens — not in a monthly reveal. Questions get answered the same day. If something we planned turns out to be wrong once we're in it, we tell you and adjust rather than quietly shipping it anyway.

  • Work delivered in visible increments
  • Direct access — no account-manager telephone game
  • Everything handed over in your accounts, owned by you
04

Measure & re-scope

At the end of every engagement

We report against the goal we set, in language you'd use with your own team. Then we decide together what's next: more work, different work, or nothing for a while. 'Nothing for a while' is a real option and we'll say it when it's true.

  • Plain-English reporting tied to the original goal
  • What worked, what didn't, and why
  • A recommendation — including 'stop here' when that's right
How we operate

Four things we hold to.

You know the price before you commit

Website builds are published up front. Everything else gets one written number before any work starts. You will never get an invoice with something on it you didn't agree to.

You own everything

Your domain, your hosting, your ad accounts, your analytics, your content. All in your name. If you ever leave, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage.

No jargon in reports

If a number can't change a decision, it doesn't go in the report. You should be able to read it in five minutes and know exactly what to do next.

We'll tell you no

If you don't need what you're asking for, or the timing is wrong, or the budget is better spent elsewhere, we'll say so. It costs us a sale and saves the relationship.
